「There was a tremendous amount of noise in floor above for both nights. Sounded like the rooftop bar. Kept us from sleeping. Complained and the manager contacted us. He seemed very understanding and promised some compensation but it never came and then never returned any correspondence. Expected some compensation since the rooms are over $700/night and I would expect a quality nights sleep for that price. Very dissapointing!」

「We liked the Location however this was definitely not 5 star hotel. Shower pressure was low, the grouts had mold, didn’t have shower gel or other basic vanity products & tv streaming didn’t work,」

「This place was clean and neat. It has the coolest 50's vibe We enjoyed our stay. Very close to main street.」

「Good」

「Really a nice hotel, looks like a mountain lodge. Walking distance to downtown. Espresso and doughnuts in the lobby. You have to ask for a mini fridge or microwave to be delivered to your room, which is unusual, but was fine once I discovered that.」

「距离黄石公园大约90分钟的路程。」

「The staff was wonderful! We were able to use everything provided for us without issue. Though a short stay, it was great! 5 Stars!!」
