「Atendimento fácil e rápido. Chegamos apos as 17:00 e o atendente nos entregou as chaves, nem deposito calcao precisei fazer. O quarto era bom e atendeu」

「We really enjoyed the stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My one comment is that we were charged an additional cleaning fee and when we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest and the shower could have been cleaner. Mildew came off the shower door when water was running. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again!」

「Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. 」
