"Stayed 1 night didn't get to enjoy any attractions as we arrived shortly before 8pm and checkout is 11. Pool pass conveniently works when it opens again at 10am.

"I was quite distressed to find the hot was broken. Having a hot tub was one of the qualifying boxes I checked when booking this room. The hotel technically did not lie, they have a hot tub, just not one that is working."

"We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived.
When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote.
Staying 5 days with 3 people, our room was never cleaned; we had to ask every day for more towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, or we got them ourselves. Waste...
