「This place was a dream. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is right across the street from Dove Cottage and a short walk into Grasmere to see Wordsworth's grave. There is also a convenient bus stop right across the street if you are traveling without a car. 「We have absolutely loved our stay. The area is beautiful, the hotel is quiet, pretty and boasts amazing views of the area from all Points of the hotel. 「Lovely coay B&B. Decor is modern but in theme with the lake district. Lots of little home comforts included. The owners are very friendly and cant do enough for you. Breakfast was very good and all cooked to order with a hige range to choose from. Rooms are lovely and its in a great location. free parking too which is a big plus point.」

「Nice stay in the lakes with the dog. Great staff at the hotel, good breakfast and extensive drinks selection. Room was very small and pokey but otherwise ok and fairly comfortable. We were on the top floor and there is no lift, so would not be suitable for those with restricted mobility. 」
