"房間裡的飲水機裝的水喝到第二天，有這些奇怪的飄浮物，客服說：廠商回覆這是正常現象 無害，還說：如果今天有拉肚子不舒服 ,在請到醫院檢查看看 , 在索取就醫證明或收據 我們會理賠給您！ 這樣的回覆真的太扯…. 相信沒人願意把這種水喝到肚子裡吧⋯⋯ 這次的住宿服務和設施都很不錯，唯獨讓人喝到這飲用水也太糟了"

"The staff were friendly and the room was fine, but there was always some noise coming from outside and this side of the train station isn’t great. Would recommend staying somewhere on the east side of Chiayi station instead. "
