"The room was very clean with 4 giant very nice soft pillows. You would have thought it was a much more expensive hotel room. The staff was friendly above and beyond expectations as I stayed there 4 nights. I was visiting in Butler but ended up driving 26 miles every night because of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. "The room was spotless, the staff were always handy and smiling. The beds comfortable and clean. Our stay was the most comfortable of any hotel we have been to. We will be back!"

"Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. "

"Parking was easy and ample. The check-in process was easy and the hotel staff was personable and courteous. "

"The staff deserves five gold stars. Everyone was friendly and very helpful - when our fridge wasn’t working, maintenance had it swapped out within 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious - kudos to Sara! Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant. "
