「Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.」

The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave out free, warm, walnut chocolate chip cookies whenever asked for. 「I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.」

「We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.」

「Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us...
