「The room was clean, cozy and inviting with lovely views over the golf course. The bar and restaurant was superb with great service from the whole team. (especially Theo who wished me happy birthday and was very kind and attentive). Our visit was lovely, despite heavy rain and I am really glad that I chose to spend my birthday there. Many thanks 」

「Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...

「Beautiful room with a view of the garden. Excellent staff, polite, welcoming and extremely professional delivering an incredibly high standard of customer service. Grsa food, a blissfully peaceful environment. Even in terrible weather there was somewhere to sit quietly and read.
Great pool and spa facilities with long opening hours and times set aside for adults.」

「This hotel is the goal standard. Management from other hotels should come and visit it. From beginning to end the service engagement with well informed and genuinely welcoming. It’s a very interesting historical setting. When they say they are dog friendly, they genuinely are. 」
