「We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool」

「Tolles Apartment: modern, komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Perfekte zentrale Location. Zwei Aspekte haben Verbesserungspotenzial: das komplizierte elektronische Check-in und Check-Out System funktionierte bei mir gar nicht und im Fahrrad- und Skiraum sind keine Steckdosen vorhanden, um eine E-Bike Batterie zu laden. Das sollte nicht allzu schwer lösbar sein!」

「Wir (2 Personen, 1 Hund) haben für 3 Nächte das „Klein-und-Kultig“- Zimmer bewohnt. Wie der Name verspricht, ist das Zimmer klein. Das empfanden wir aber eher als positiv. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als durchgeplant und super smart. Stauraum ist mehr als genug vorhanden und auch das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Dame der Rezeption war, wie das gesamte Personal, überaus freundlich. Das hoteleigene Restaurant (Castello) bietet eine kleine aber sehr leckere Auswahl an Speisen. Zum Frühstück gibt es...
