This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand."

"I didn't even get to check in because they require a cash deposit of 300 dollars for people that live in Nebraska, and I did not have 300 cash, I had a credit card that she refused. No where in their listing do they say this is a rule. The lady at the desk says when you complete the listing you agree to abide by their rules. How can I agree to unknown rules? She claims hotels. com will not let them put that info in the listing but that is a flat out lie. I will get my money back from hotels. vom or I will do a charge back and have my financial institution take care of it. "
