"Room was poorly insulated sound and temperature wise and musty. Staff were friendly however and responded to issues where they could. Motel seems to have a lot of long term residents rather than short term guests."

"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake.
