"The front desk was extremely helpful when I lost an item in the hotel laundry serviceโso grateful they got it back for me! The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!"
