Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. "Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. "Our room was very small and very basic. The was soft and comfortable. Staff friendly. Nice touch was the fridge with refreshments (beer ,whine etc available based on honor system, which was a very nice touch. Prices very reasonably. We didn’t use it as we had our own supplies (large grocery store right next door). The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was included in the price. There was so much to choose from and all very fresh and tasty. We would definitely return but perhaps ask...
