Resort itself is beautiful, on large well maintained grounds and the rooms are modern and quite luxurious. We stayed in a 2BR ocean view villa for 5 nights and found the price very reasonable for the high standard of resort. Beach along the resort itself is clean and appears to be maintained by resort staff and activities available. Only issues we found particularly was the tiles around pools where slippery when wet and quite dangerous, water in showers wouldn’t quite warm up and a little too cold considering the heat outside, golf carts around the grounds (whilst helpful at times) are noisy late at night and early in the morning, staff on front desk spoke limited English meaning that the phone was passed between multiple staff on occasion. I would recommended here for a couple of days to get away and relax, but not for long given the limited options of anything else in the Lang Co area.

The hotel looked nice but the inside room was out dated. The staffs wasn’t smiling, making us feel like we’re not welcomed there. We stayed there two nights and three days and the staffs were not customer service oriented.

Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options.

Haven, especially the quiet pool. Staff all say Xin Chao (hello) feels a little “corporate policy” rather than genuine, but generally all good

I have made a mistake in check in date, but the hotel staff, Ms The Uyen has been more than kind to change for me to check in 1 day earlier. It is really a generous and supportive gesture that so far I have been receiving in Japan and in Indochine Palace this time. Thank you for a great stay. My parents have enjoyed it a lot.
