"Clean room Sausages over cooked, otherwise good breakfast"

"The breakfast was poor, always waiting for things not enough out. No eggs first day only bean juice left both days, no fried bread second day. One coffee machine that kept breaking at the prices they charge coffee should be brought to the table in pots. The bar is poorly stocked and very expensive two drinks costs £28 a JD & coke & a gin & lemonade. Asked for an Irish coffee they don’t do them. Pints are £8. The spa was over crowded only the sauna room working, steam room out of order both days. Overall not worth the money with drinks it cost around £600 for two nights. For this you can’t check in till 3pm and leave at 11am so only one full day."

"It doesn't help that hotels.com use a different grading for rooms to the hotels own website so I didn't actually get the type of room I was expecting. Other than that a perfectly good stay other than with the room bath not having a plug they had to give me a key to a 2nd room as they were unable to find a spare bath plug"

"Room was clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep at all. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny with zero privacy and a door which didn’t shut properly. Even for the price I wouldn’t stay again."
