There are a couple of 7eleven nearby
And a 5/6 minute walk down the street you have the MRT and chitlom station, giving you access to all the shopping you could want.
Also very easy to get to lumpini park on the MRT if you feel like a jog

The rooms were quite large with spacious closets. Some of it a bit outdated but well kept. Provided fresh bottles of water everyday. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and super helpful and fluent in english.

Fantastic stay, lovely rooms and great service. We stayed in the Kreungthep wing which is a loooonnng walk from the shangri la wing main lobby but much closer to BtS and boat shuttles. Also it has its own pool and taxis come to that entrance also. One of my favourite places to stay in all of bangkok ...
