「The customer service was top tier. This was the first time we received a call from reception after getting into our room, to check on us and make sure we were happy with the room. I don’t know if it’s a Cold Lake thing but based on that alone, we’ll be back. Breakfast was good and the customer service there as well was great. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean.」

「A motel conjures up thoughts of a 70's horror flick, in saying that they exterior of the motel seems to be mid upgrade. The check in was fast and efficient, note that we checked in at the hotel across the parking lot possibly due to us fishing late and checking in late.
