Yes, all the staff, we’re kind, and the rooms were clean, but I do feel when the holidays are here and people still need a room, because cleaning staff are off, guests should have a reduced rate.

My room this stay was great. Clean and comfortable with everything working as it should. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Did have one concern my first morning there had housekeeping knock on my for at eight in the morning. Was not expecting to be awakened by that. Asked housekeeping to come back in one hour. That was my only complaint on my stay. Maybe have housekeeping come after nine in the morning especially when it’s a room with guests staying more than the one night.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Loved that it had a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym! Coffee is served all day, vending machines offered on each floor, same with ice, a cantine area as well as a nice dining area for breakfast. I will definitely make this place my go to whenever going to Bonnyville.
