The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. I always look forward to coming back."

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."

"A good place to call home for a few days in Erfurt. Close to the main train station and public transit. I’d recommend it to anyone. "

"It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk."

"A lovely hotel, well served every 20 mins by the local bus. NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. The hotel pool was nice BUT only open 4-9pm on weekdays. Come on hotel, that's not good enough!"

"Place was good, but not excellent. Really nice modern style, comfy bed and great bathroom. However annoying light outside my room from 6am-11.15pm. Parking a little confusing, would be good to explain before booking. Cleaner seemed to leave cloths/rags in the room, which had been used. Nothing around seemed to open before 8am for breakfast, struggled to find anywhere as I was up early."
