The room was the perfect size and the facilities are all well maintained. The room had A/C but it was not as necessary to have since the windows could open (Lüften) at night. The city got quiet around 11:00PM or 23:00. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend it!

Die Rezeption war Sonntag um 18 Uhr nicht mehr belegt. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde vor der Tür auf den Sicherheitsdienst warten, welcher das Hotel aufsperrte. Am anderen Tag war die Frau an der Rezeption äußerst pampig und sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Dies schmälert total den Gesamteindruck.
