Have stayed there before for a works event, I felt the hotel has gone down hill, bit scruffy in places, bathroom floor dirty, they didn't offer room service the night I stayed, no changing of beds if you are staying less than 3 nights (although you could request), I did find this odd. Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut).
