최악중에 최악!!서비스라곤 찾아볼수 없는 프론트 남,여직원!!!!

저 정말 화가나서 죽을뻔했습니다! 저는 총 5일을 투숙했구요,그렇다고 싼가격도 아니였습니다.저는 늦게 체크인을 하였고..방에 들어가니 콘센트가 말을 안들어 다음날 방을 바꿔달라고 항의를 하니 매니저분은 친절히 방을 바꿔주겠다고 이야기를 듣고 프론트에서 나의 방까지 거리가 있지만 땀을 흘리며 많은 짐을 옮겨왔다,하지만 로테이션이라 근무자가 바뀌었다. 난 방을 바꿔야 한다 매니저와 이야기 끝났다고 하자 그 남자 직원이 친구가 어딨냐며 계속 친구를 찾는다.그래서 나는 방을 바꾸는데 친구가 왜 필요 하냐고 이야기를 하자 인상을 쓰며 친구를 찾는다.하지만 나는 대화가 제대로 이루어지지 않았고,대화가 통하지 않으니 본의아니게 착한 사람이 되어버렸다.. 참았다...나도 인상을 쓰니,내일 아침에 나오면 방을 바꿔 주겠다고 한다..그래서 그냥 듣고 콘센트는 로비에 나와서 충전을 하고 들어가서 자고...입이 쓰고 대화하기 싫어서 방을 꾸역꾸역 사용했다. 체크아웃 날이 돌아왔을때 나는 화가 머리 끝까지 올라와서 큰소리를 치며 싸웠다!! 내가 점심 먹은 돈 결제를 카드로 하지 못한다며 돈을 뽑아오라며 너 가방에 돈 있지 않느냐며. 얘는 한국 어린애야 대화도 구글로한다며 유로를 디나르로 체인지하는데 좀 꼬깃한 돈을 내니 자기돈도 아닌데 내 돈을 자기꺼인것처럼 새돈으로 가져간다!미쳤다.... 그리고 나는 카드를 쓸것이다 라고 이야기 하니까 안된다고해서 나도 화가나서 카드쓸꺼라고 이야기 하는데 여자 남자가 나를 보며 쯧쯧 거리며 비아냥 대며 웃는다!! 그리고 내가 컴플레인 걸겠다고 하니 둘이 엄청 웃으며.... 정말 화가 나고 속상했지만 참다 터져버렸다 화도 눈물도!! 한국 대사관에 연락을 했다.그리고 매니저와도 이야기를 했다..하지만 무슨 소용있겠냐만....정말 최악중에 최악!!! 서비스는 엉망진창인 호텔!! 나는 꼭 돈을 내지 않고 사용한 사람처럼 눈치를 보며 지내다 왔다!!!!!내가 그지도 아니고,대접도 이따위로 받고! 서비스를 큰것을 바라지 않지만,어느 정도껏해야지!! 너무 엉망진창인 호텔 그린팜!!!최악이다 남자 직원 사진 올리고 싶은데...정말 참는다.... 오후에 근무자.......정말 조심하시고,절대 가지마세요!!!!!

Er was geen internet of überhaupt bereik in de kamer (wat wel beloofd werdt) en het binnenzwembad is ook altijd dicht geweest. Ontbijt was ELKE DAG hetzelfde. Voor de rest was het hotel wel leuk met de activiteiten die ze deden bijv. Poolparty, spelletjes in het water en wateryoga.

Ma femme et moi nous y étions du 20 juin au 22 juin 2019. La chambre était bien, l'air climatisé fonctionnait. Par contre nous avons toujours eu un problème d'eau dans la douche, pendant une durée d'environ 2-3 mins plusieurs fois pendant la douche la pression diminuait à devenir presque qu'inexistante, et après la pression revenait. Je crois que c'est un problème commun sur l’île de Djerba c'est ce que ma femme s'est faite dire. L'animation était un peu trop poussée, on voulait se relaxer sur le bord de la piscine avant d'aller souper et encore à 16h30 il y avait de la musique très forte, et on se fait beaucoup solliciter pour participer. La piscine était propre. Le restaurant qui sert de déjeuner-diner-souper (ou petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, diner) était correct, sans plus. Le matin on peut faire la file pour avoir une omelette ou une crêpe. Il y a des pâtisseries, mais qui ne sont pas très bonnes, sinon il y a des fruits. Le personnel à la réception et au restaurant n'était pas très gentil avec nous, il nous est arrivé quelques anicroches, je ne sais pas si le monde était stressé ou fatigué mais clairement ce n'était pas leurs meilleures journées. C'est peut-être aussi la langue. Le directeur que nous avons vu plusieurs fois a été exemplairement par contre. Il a été super gentil, aimable et super serviable. Il nous a trouvé un taxi touristique avec chauffeur à seulement quelques heures de pré-avis, et nous a même donné des bouteilles d'eau le matin de l'excursion.

Ce séjour m'a était offert pour mon anniversaire, et le personnel de l'hôtel mon fait une surprise et un gâteau pour mes 63ans avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Une chambre spacieuse propre Le personnel a été au petit soin, a l'écoute et très agréable. J'ai rajouté 2 jours a mon séjours tellement on se sentait très bien. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Overall OK. The only issue, a major one , is there is no Air conditioning until June 15. Totally not acceptable as Djerba temperatures reach over 42 degrees Celsius as early as the end of May!

Je suis pas trop fan des clubs de vacances , mais le Green Palm a ete une grande suprise , surtout au niveau humain l'equipe d'animation au TOP (Victoria,Zico,Ramos,Tchicho..) qui a chaque instant ,aporte de la bonne humeur la journée comme le soir . Apres malheureusement la réussite d'activité tiens également de l'affluence de celle-ci et quelque fois il y avais tres peux de monde mais l'equipe gerais au mieux ces situations donc c'etait top!

La femme de ménage tape fort aux portes des 10h du matin pour soit disant changer les serviettes LOL c’est plus pour nous réveiller la chambre est vieille literie inconfortable la nourriture est fade degueulasse et pas de choix vive le tui magic Life Pénélope
