「Don’t let the pictures fool you. Open un-air conditioned lobby. Ants everywhere…..in the hallway. In the room. All over the bed!!! Very friendly staff, but for the prices they charge this shouldn’t be problem. 」

「Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking 」

「had a great time at the hotel, everyone was very friendly, everyone was helpful, kind and took great care of us. The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!」

「原本很高期望，但到現場發現，房間內的落地窗，有幾處都有鳥屎沒有清掉，淋浴間的玻璃隔板有嚴重的陳年水垢，感覺清潔度不夠好。 不過整體很舒適寬敞，餐廳用餐的氣氛也很好，服務人員相當親切，這裡韓國人很多，一直被誤認成韓國人。 這間在一個小坡上，附近沒有可以繞的地方，離機場有一段距離。」

「Highly recommend. It was excellent. Restaurants nearby, not far from the market and the Clark International airport. Swimming pool is big enough for hotel guests. Peaceful environment. Staff are warm, friendly and respectful. Mr Carter is cool and nice. Thank you all and hope to see you all next time. 」
