"The dome was cute but the bed wasn’t great and our plastic windows were almost opaque. The shower was a short walk but not a lot of space to put clothes to change so we didn’t bother. It would be nice if each dome had a private outdoor sitting area/patio."

"UNSANITARY AND DECEPTIVE: A warning for families I’m writing this to warn other travelers, especially those with children. We booked this through Expedia while searching for Moab, but it’s actually 1.5 hours away in Blanding. That was just the start. We are traveling with a newborn and found the room to be a health hazard. There were fecal stains in the toilet upon arrival, a strong smell of urine outside our door, and the room itself smelled foul. The advertised pool is closed and looks abandoned. We didn’t sleep all night because of the stench and the hygiene concerns for our baby. Despite these biohazards, the hotel refuses to refund us. It is completely unacceptable to prioritize a "no refund" policy over basic human sanitation. Stay elsewhere."

"The room was dirty, and the power was out all night and morning. Had no lights and couldn’t shower. The breakfast had hardly anything even at 7:00am. No discount was offered even though there was not power. "

"NO coffee maker in room! Whoever said the 'continental' breakfast was good obviously doesn't travel much! Toast, oatmeal, bananas and dry cereal was it! Will NOT stay here again!!!"
