The property and the rooms were clean and well maintained no doubt about that. Communication is terrible, I called and left 2 messages with them well in advance of my arrival to confirm my stay and could not get an answer or response. 「The Wingate by windham at lake George was terrible. They first put us in a room that they had not cleaned, pillow cases and bed sheets weren’t changed, hair in the tub and sinks, no amenities, toilet tissue and the refrigerator was broke. We didn’t know this until later at night because upon checking in which we didn’t an 1 1/12 after check in times we dropped off our luggage and left to the town. I wasn’t until after returning and my wife daughter napping did we notice she was in stained and...

「No paper towels, no pool towels, no Kleenex, filthy sofa bed mattress ..had pieces of food when opened up. Could not use the bed. Had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper and had to purchase napkins and additional paper plates. Floors not very clean with remnant behind beds and torn curtains and liners held together on top by safety pins. No chairs in the room, or outside. We should really get a refund for our 2 night stay, or at least for one night. The rating on Expedia gave this place...
