「Nice place only my concern the position of the mirror」

「Very good valuebfor the money with A/C and hot water. The A/C unit was not working very well in our room. When I reported it, then offered me another room, but I declined because it was not hot outside and not worth the effort for only one night.」

「The staff was very helpful and polite, and the complimentary breakfast each morning in the restaurant was very good. The pool on the roof did not look inviting and looked like it could use some maintenance but we spent most of our time outside the hotel so did not have time for the pool.」

「This newly renovated property is a gem in Roxas city blending the old and modern style, especially the windows and chandelier made of capis shell. Staff were helpful and accommodating.」

「Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it. No where in the advertisement did it say that pool was only for special events. The pool was listed as one of the room amenities. The only reason we...
