"- "optional" obbligatori all'arrivo per alzare il prezzo del pernottamento in modo DISONESTO. Non è possibile evitare di "iscriversi al club"
- Pulizia scarsa: WC sporco di urina vecchia al nostro arrivo.
- Rumoroso e caldissimo nelle stanze della sezione staccata (Quella raggiungibile tramite il passaggio sopraelevato): non si dorme fino alle 2 di notte!
- Fuori dalla stanza c'erano i bidoni dell'immondizia del ristorante: casino fino alle 2 di note perchè viene gettata l'immondizia

"Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt.
Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet.
