「Room was clean and we basically had a good nights rest. The room we were assigned to 1st had no heat only cold air blowing. However we were given a different room which was fine. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...

「We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal...」
