The manage apologised, and asked me whether I want to change room. It was late at night, I was too tired to do so. So, I declined her offer. I...

「Free hotel shuttle service between airport and hotel is good for transit travellers who don’t want to bother public transportation. It will be better if the hotel shuttle is bigger in size. 」

「On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5」
