"Apart from the WiFi sucking and front desk not really knowing much about things like buses or where to get a phone charger, the overall experience was very good, the pool nice and the rooms great too. Restaurant food was high quality. All in all would def recommend if you don’t mind a commute into town which is the price for a nice pool and pretty location. Staff could smile more too … just a suggestion"

"We enjoyed our stay - the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. You will need to taxi from the train station. The average cost was 20 euros. I would stay again."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though....

"We absolutely adored this stunning hotel in the heart of Florence and couldn’t have been better looked after by the team throughout our stay. From the moment you walk through the door to the thoughtful evening turndown service, every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms are stylish, the bathrooms are modern and beautifully designed, and everything felt light and airy despite the Italian summer heat. The bar and terrace are gorgeous and the perfect place to relax with a drink....
