"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it for us. We went back to the room to find the water pressure had gone completely. Back down (this following a very long day and was now late), a technician was sent to our room, then told it couldn’t be fixed and we would have to move, no offer of help to relocate. Over an hour later we finally had a working shower. I asked for our last night to be refunded and was told no. They said the water despite being filthy was not harmful and that it was out of their hands. What a disgrace, hotel was poor, food poor, cleanliness poor and service was awful. Never again. "

"On appearance hotel looks ok but rooms are dated & cheap looking. Food & amenity areas are poor. Location also not great as nothing around hotel. Very close to Disney to get to park "

"The hotel is exceptionally basic. To have a kettle and tea in our room we were told we would need to pay €30 extra, but this should be a basic amenity provided in all hotels. We were also only provided one thing pillow each. The air conditioning in our room was very low powered so it got very hot. At breakfast we found a lot of the mugs, cutlery and glasses were put out still dirty. "

"Cons: The rooms are outdated, with peeling walls and flaking paint in many areas. The plumbing is old, and the shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. The air conditioning can provide heating, but its cooling performance is weak. The bedding has a slight smell of smoke. Parking within the complex is expensive, which feels unnecessary given the already high room rates. Pros: You can tell that this hotel was once very luxurious. The surroundings are beautiful, and it is very quiet at night. The service quality is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The shuttle service to Disney is very convenient. Many areas are currently under renovation, so it should improve over time."

"This was a perfect location for our family vacation to Disney Paris. We were so busy at the park we spent really little time in the rooms, which were clean, comfortable and super convenient. The on-site Starbucks was a lovely bonus, as was the breakfast buffet. And the staff was wonderful! We took the shuttle to the park but also walked a few times, which was easy peasy. If you’re thinking of a budget-friendly Disney option, I highly recommend Santa Fe! "
