"Beautiful hotel, loved the porcelain work. Room was clean and very comfortable, with great lighting.
Neighborhood is quiet and green. There are, however, very few bars within walking distance. I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying. "

"I liked the fact that breakfast started at 6am and great choice. The windows were fantastic at blocking out sound and blackout curtains really worked. Staaff were friendly and helpful."

"We were delighted to have an opportunity to stay here, as it is so close to the zoo and convenient stores within around 10-minute walk, which added good experiences to our trip. Additionally, hotel members of staff were kind more than enough to support us."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a couple with our pet. The management was exceptionally friendly, especially the manager, Mustafa, who was incredibly attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The building is very new, only recently opened, so a few minor room items are still being added, but nothing affected our comfort or experience. The location in Charlottenburg is excellent—safe, peaceful, and with easy access to street parking, which was a big bonus. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. We genuinely felt welcomed and well looked after, and we’re confident it will be even better in the coming weeks as they complete the final touches. Highly recommended!"
"I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was if I could improve anything it would be some way to reduce the street noise but I would say for me that wasn’t a big issue and it did quite down usually after 11 pm. The room I was in was excellent, I was able to make my own meals there was excellent storage space and the room felt like I was in a studio apartment. The supermarket 2 meters away from the hotel and the subway station 10 meters away helps quite a bit. The neighborhood is full shops of every kind walking distance.
The staff was very nice .
Thank you for a very comfortable stay "
"I stayed at this Hotel for 4 days and it was a great experience. It met all my needs: close to buses, very friendly staff (Matilda & Mahmoud were exceptional), rooms were clean. Thumbs up. "
"Everything was great except for the unannounced presence of 4 men in our apartment when we came home; they were there to repair a window. A heads-up would have been welcome.
Otherwise fantastic and we'd stay there again. "
"Honestly this place was a god send if you’re not looking for luxury but looking for basic and decent and a very cheap cost that’s just out of the city centre!! So so easy to get an underground or train to Berlin centre as both stations are literally opposite the hotel on the awn street. Only issue I had was the shower head was pointing downwards permanently but I worked around it. Couldn’t thank the lovely staff enough with. Such a convenient and simple hotel to stay in Berlin. "
