Staff was good, they did allow an early check in and a late check out. For being a multi million dollar establishment they could do way better. We stayed in 631 a $250+ $50 deposit refundable room. We did not receive the bathrobes in our room to use for the stay. 1 pair of slippers for 2 booked guests. ...
