"Reserved and paid for a Deluxe King Suite months ago. Arrived right at 4:00 check-in and was given 2 queens - was told they were “out of” Kings, unless I wanted a smaller room. Asked for a manager and never got one. Side note, there was a previous guest’s sweater in the closet - made us question ..."
