Would have been amazing to get more towels and more pillows without a fee. And if you wanted to use the kitchenette you had to pay rental fee for using any pans, cups, plates or cutlery

I booked and paid for the room through Expedia. My flight was delayed twice, so i arrived early the next morning. When i checked in i was told i had to pay for the room again? Very aggravating. Regardless of when i arrived, the room was already paid for... Expedia did refund a lower amount than i paid the second time around. It took 2 days after i arrived to get a refund approved.

I apologize that there was an issue with your reservation. I would suggest contacting the hotel directly if you have delays as we do not hold the rooms overnight. I understand it is paid for, however it is only held for the date you booked.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. When you depart from the hotel the deposit is automatically released. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to show at your bank level. You should also contact the bank and make inquiries with them. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact the hotel.

Hotel is cheap because it is minimalistic (no breakfast, coffee maker, charge for wifi, extra towel charge). But for a place to crash for a night, it worked well and was very clean.

Our amenities are limited in an effort to keep cost low for our extended stay, weekly and monthly travelers. Coffee makers, dinnerware, and cookware kits are available for purchase upon request. WIFI however, is complimentary. Once you have selected our network it prompts you to add the amount of nights you are staying along with your last name and room number. This is the best hotel Big screen TV kitchen huge bed huge shower you can watch Netflix you get free WIFi you get everything you want…. If I am ever in the area this is where I will go for staying… clean bed clean room… everything is clean staff is super nice…. Price is not expensive…. I just wish I had more time there

The front desk is manned by a single person from 8 am to 5 pm, and unfortunately, they tend to be rude. The overall staff presence is practically nonexistent, leaving guests with no one to communicate with. Additionally, the hotel charges for every minor service, including a $10 fee for lost keys after hours and a $25 charge for early check-ins. It seems to operate with a cost-for-everything approach, akin to the cost model of Spirit Airlines in the hotel industry.

We arrived at 1 pm but the hotel was locked down and we couldn’t reach anyone. The phone to call for help would just ring and ring. We returned at 7 pm to find 2 other guests also trying to register. This time there was even a large metal rollup door covering the registration desk. We called and called but they just kept disconnecting our call. We contacted hotels.com but even they couldn’t help

Every extend is a new security deposit
The check in process is cumbersome if you extended your stay. You have to pay an entirely new security deposit each time you extend.

Got the job done.
Very basic, but met our needs. Only two towels in the room. No iron or hairdryer in the room was interesting. Front desk staff was rarely at front desk, so you had to call them when you needed them there.

Everything about the hotel is nice! My only complaint is the pillows. You get two thin paper pillows! If you’re gonna stay here bring your own pillows and blankets! Other than that everything was great.

Facility was well-maintained and clean upon check in. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of during check-in. Room looked spotless and smelled clean, as well as stairwells and hallways. It was by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Good property for extended stay’s. Clean hallways and stairwell’s. It’s one of the few properties in the Detroit area that allows pet’s, never heard from them. Good security system, for entry. I was a little disappointed to have kitchen cabinets without anything in them to assist with using the appliances

We was in room 318 until we started smelling horrible fumes that caused us major headaches, brain fog and nausea. We notified staff they came up to inspect room and had to leave out because the fumes was so toxic. They transferred us to another room which was ok but concerned that our health may be affected from those fumes we inhaled. Disappointed that Expedia did not discount us or compensate us for the inconveniences and health effects we had to endure in that room.

Good price but lacking a few items
It was good price. But…. They don’t have a hairdryer in the room, which is annoying. Only had two towels for two people for the week. No hand towels at all. They definitely need to improve the towel situation in my opinion.

We do have hairdryers available at the front desk and have a linen exchange program where you can bring your dirty room linen to the front desk, and we will exchange them for new clean ones.
