The building was old and had a minor odor. The rooms were okay some have portable air conditioners which were a bit noisy.
I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling experience my father and I had at this establishment. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Most concerning, they directed religious slurs toward my father during a confrontation. The way they behaved toward him was completely unacceptable and discriminatory.
When I attempted to address this behavior and hold them accountable, the staff refused to take responsibility. They explicitly stated that they are not operating as a Quality Inn and are instead "privately owned," using this as an excuse to avoid any standards of conduct. Furthermore, they refused to provide contact information for any corporate office or ownership group where I could file a formal complaint regarding their behavior.
If you are looking for a safe, respectful, and professional place to stay, look elsewhere. The complete lack of accountability and the hostile environment here is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking a stay at this location
This facility appears to be a homeless shelter. Notices on door to "tenants". People pushing shopping carts, carrying grocery bags as if they live there. Dark and gloomy reception desk...scary!
This was a amazing stay… the staff was amazing one staff keep everything professional due to a customer being very rude that made me smile I recommend anybody to this room they are just like home
Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank.
No heat in hall ways, none in breakfast room, they say they are working on it, but after speaking with others have been there for over a month, it’s same old thing, they are working on it. I stayed several days, you have to wear a coat and long John’s to survive. Water in a dish for a little dog froze solid. Really bad management. I’ve machine 1st floor inoperable, have up on second floor to get it. All time I was there, I never saw any maintenance being performed. I will find a different motel when I return.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had made a mistake and booked the wrong days for my 2 night stay. I contacted and spoke with the manager to ask for a possible change of dates or some help with booking mistake. Sometimes the hotel will contact you after not checking in on the first day which they didn't. The manager was rude and usually hotels want repeat customers. I travel alot and WILL NEVER STAY HERE.

I booked for 2 nights for Jan 16th to 18th and realized on the 21st when looking for my booking for Jan 23rd that I made a mistake in booking the wrong dates. I contacted the property and spoke with a manager asking for any kind of help such as honouring all or some of my stay for the 23rd. I travel alot and usually hotels will try to use customer service as they want repeat customers but he was rude and nothing they would do. Also when you don't show up for the first night check-in they usually contact you which they didn't. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE.

Stay away!!!! Absolutely filthy hotel. Door lock on door drilled out so can be slid open from outside of room. Smelly, dirty, and downright disgusting room and hotel. Do not trust the pictures!!!!!!

There was a person thay was a resident there that decided to argue at 5 am
Pictures dont match hotel. Had a portable ac unit as my ac. So half room was 60 and other have was 76. Rest of hotel need some tlc. Only positives were bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable. Also it took 30 mintues to check in as no one was at the counter when i checked in at 1am
From pulling into the bumpy parking lot to entering through a banged up door into the unusual hotel lobby set up I have ever seen. I was questioning if I made a wise choice. But the room itself was immaculate, like new and from the mattress to pillows and linen as comfortable as I have ever been in. The bathroom also everything looked brand new. It had an inside atrarium window and the AC was one of those portable jobs connected to the wall, but it worked
Leaking toilet, dirty curtains, broken tv remote, stale food in fridge, un-welcoming front desk, rooms have common door in the shared wall leading to heavy noise from other units
I understand that the hotel is remodeling but portable air conditioners in rooms aren't great. The hallways and common areas were very warm. Carpets were dirty in the hall and in the room.....VERY sticky spot in front of the mini fridge. Large bathrooms were a plus but almost fell stepping out of the shower as the floor was SUPER slick when wet. Overall the hotel was quiet which was nice. Didn't eat the breakfast because we prefer to eat in our room and were told that wasn't allowed in a very unfriendly manner by the woman working in there.....and by "working" she was sitting at a table by the door on her phone. Not everyone wants to eat in the dining room. And shouldn't be forced to eat there.

At first glance of the parking lot we were a little reluctant to enter the building. It could use a good cleaning. The main entrance is closed due to the building being renovated. This was not disclosed on the website. Or maybe I missed that disclosure??? We checked in and was educated on the additional $100 deposit which will be refunded in 7-10 business days after you check out and provided you don’t steal the towels. Went to our room and was pleasantly surprised on how clean it was. Very small room with portable air conditioning (assuming due to the renovating) but clean. Whewwww!! We had booked a king but had a queen bed. When I questioned why, apparently we must look old because the young lady that checked us in “upgraded” us to a handicapped room that has a walk-in shower. Otherwise we would have to step in and out of a bathtub. Ok, I get it, we are late 60’s but she should have given us the option. Ask if that’s acceptable, don’t just do it. Room had a miniature coffee maker but no coffee. Annoying if you’re an early riser. But lobby coffee, if you wait until 7am was pretty darn good. Breakfast room was clean with the usual continental choices. Waffles, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, not a horrible place to stay. Extra kudos to the young person that went out of their way to get me an extra pillow and did a great job of explaining why the “upgrade”. Very friendly and makes excellent coffee. I thank you.
The front desk gentleman was great but everything else was dirty and seemed like it was housing not a hotel. I should have canceled but I don’t know the area at all it was my first time there and i didn’t know where else to look.

Let me start with the positive part of this review. The staff were amazing tentative if you needed something and were very friendly. Helped me with my key not working immediately. Now onto the negative unfortunately. The overall quality of the hotel. Yes I understand they’re renovating the place but my first impression from my room was pretty poor. There were so many damaged walls with holes in them including my room from the door handle and a part of the ceiling looked like it had been patched but not finished. I booked and wasn’t expecting a super fancy hotel but I was hoping for a hotel that was average but still good. Hopefully it’ll be fully renovated in the near future.
