「Amazing customer service and they really cared. I asked for advice on things to do in Victoria Falls and the staff not only recommended events but set up and arranged my choices. It’s morning the middle of town but very 5 minute drive to mostly everything I wanted to do. 」

「Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner.」

「It was pleasant, there was little to do and food was average. However a stunning location and foyer. In the middle of a refurb and we stayed in a new room which was lovely. 」

「It was a nice stay. Although, the shower pressure was not really giving it for me. Otherwise, great stay. Also, I was on my own and had breakfast for two. I was requesting if i can also have pancakes on top of my other order - the server wasn’t to keen to fulfill this reasonable request.」

「I used to stay at Troutbeck back in the 60s as a child and this was a nostalgic trip for me. For the most part everything seemed to have been beautifully maintained with the top rooms having had an upgrade - all seemed brand new and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and even gave us a free upgrade. I love that they honour Major “Mac”, who I remember well, as he developed the dam, pine forests, and the hotel, and gave support and upliftment to the local...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Kabakwe! Our room was so lovely and comfortable 💕 the staff were absolutely helpful and so friendly we felt so at home when we arrived. Ideal location- close to the Zambia border and the Zambezi river and an hour from Botswana. The breakfasts and dinners were also really yummy!! I would go back in a heartbeat !」
