「Always my stop over if travelling late on my way to or from Sydney. Always helpful to provide key when checking in late. Very cold and the had the heater on to warm the room, really appreciated the electric blanket」

「Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. 」

「There was little or no human contact nor written instructions. The stove fan was very greasy, the stove top was discoloured. The vacuum cleaner hose was broken in one part. The room and parking numbering system were illogical, not sequential, e.g. room numbers didn’t correspond to floors and parking space numbers were haphazard. I didn’t know whom to contact if anything went wrong. On the positive side the A/C, plumbing, stove, fridge, lighting, doors , elevator, car gates worked, the bed was...
