Very friendly staff. Had to wait for room to be ready but received a free upgrade. Some noise in the evening but then quiet. Loved our stay and the complementary voucher used for drinks. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a file in the room with operating instructions for the Microwave, and washer/dryer etc., I spent a long time cleaning the iron with toothpaste and a nylon kitchen scrubber….it had melted fabric on it…the dryer filter hadn’t been cleaned in awhile….housekeeping not thorough.

Checking in was easy. Access to soap, coffee etc is excellent. Location is great. Room is good. Kitchenette ok, small bar fridge a minor challenge. Biggest issue is open shower and pooling water in bathroom. A slip hazard and potential electrical issue so close to washing machine.

Stayed in a room with one king bed and two singles with our grandchildren. Staff were outstanding, room was set up as requested, amazingly well equipped, plenty of free parking... the only negative thing you could possibly say is that the room needed upkeep - the lounge upholstery had a noticeably torn arm and the room needs painting. However, it's priced appropriately and we would stay again in the same circumstances.
