"Not really a good experience staying at the hotel. Started with not getting the room based on the reservation. They said that one of the reserved rooms were not available. The hotel did upgrade the room with additional extra bed. But the AC temperature in the room was not cold at all. The engineer came to fix the AC, but it didn't work at all. I called the front desk to ask for moving me to different room. I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC was still not cold. It was better, but still not cold. My friend who stayed with me and one of the hotel housekeepers confirmed that the AC temperature was not cold. I have upcoming reservation in Swiss-Bellin in Malang on July 26th. I do hope that I will not getting the same experience. "

"I recently enjoyed a quick girls weekend break after our semester exams, and we stayed at this lovely villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect! The villa was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The customer service was outstanding! The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. It truly made a difference in our experience. "The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English."

"Great value lodging with hospitable staff. Check-in and check-out process was good. The only thing that was disappointing was the appearance of one of the duvets in the room. There were lots of stain marks. I asked for one of the staff for a new duvet in the morning, but when I got back into my room in the evening the same duvet was put on my bed instead of being replaced."
