「I was struggling getting my bags to the elevator. I passed at least three staff members just standing around and none offered to help. The front desk didn’t offer assistance with the bags either. I’m a 70 year old slight woman.」

「Awesome location, recommend using the 9th street parking garage that’s 1 block away (much cheaper than valet service). Super cool hotel, wish we stayed more than one night! Our room was really nice, kitchenette and welcome beers were completely unexpected. Attached restaurant and bar was really great as well.」
