「Many issues with our stay. Room had towels with stains on them, smoke detector was open with battery missing, AC keep shutting off and had to keep hitting the reset button, key to room stopped working, went to lobby where another guest was having the same problem, no one at desk, keep hitting the buzzer but no one responded., called the phone number and it rang at least 25 times and still none picked up.
