「The afternoon shift at check-in was rude to my wife when she asked if we could check in and leave our bags」

「I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster.」

「the room I booked was not available, So they gave me a room down graded ,and tried to tell me it was a upgrade. I spent 5 minutes in the room and was so discussed with the filth. I checked out in less than 15 minutes after checking in. I recommend the Sleep inn right behind the property.」

「We stayed here in Aug 2026. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't a nice experience, either. The upsides: -not cheap but not higher than comparable hotel chains, either. -located conveniently to I-70 -bed very comfortable; sofa bed was "good" according to my son - lamps with standard outlets as well as usb outlets; very easy to plug in without having to bend down The downsides: -We arrived, tired and worn out after a 12 hours driving, 16 hour day. The person who checked us in was clearly annoyed...

「I forfeited a 7 day upon arrival to actually see the full room.Bed bugs, slick loose flooring , broken glass all over the bath area, leaking faucets pests crawling in and out the space underneath the door, broken light fixtures…Just a TERRIBLE hotel/ suite/studio whatever they advertise it as ! AVOID! No return on my deposit either!」

There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. The furniture was moist and had cigarette ashes and smelled of mold. 5. There were people with young children smoking illegal substances infront of the door. 6.
