"We recently stayed in a family room at this hotel and unfortunately found it very underwhelming, especially for the price and what you would expect from a Hilton property.
The room setup was odd for a family. The “family room” consisted of one king bed and a pullout sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable — honestly hard as a rock and not suitable for a good night’s sleep.
The bathroom layout was also quite inconvenient. There was only a two-piece bathroom in the main area, while the full bathroom with the shower/tub was located off the primary bedroom. This meant anyone needing to shower or bathe had to walk through the bedroom, which was awkward and impractical for families .
While the bathroom itself appeared generally clean, the shower stall had noticeable orange mould buildup and did not feel properly maintained.
The only real positives were the proximity to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle service. However, there is essentially nothing else around the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops, or amenities."
