「Beautiful hotel and outstanding staff who are willing to help. Food was tasty and wonderful. From housekeeping to restaurant staff and reception staff were all courteous and always willing to make your stay pleasant. Rooms were nice and always well presented by housekeeping staff. Special Thank You to the doorman who always made time to talk to me whenever he saw me. Hope the staff enjoyed the chocolates which I gave them? Thank you. 」

「Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok.」

「Excellent place and excellent staff and service」

「The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!」

「非常糟糕的体验，预定时酒店包含早餐，到店后说早餐要收费，问前台他说让我找预定的网站是第三方预定网站弄错了，很不爽。放进环境很差，床单非常脏，设备非常陈旧，非常不适合商务人士出差。」

「Great place to stay」

「Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.」
