Dirty worn down room. Bathroom was very dirty and had bugs. Looks like property has not been renovated for ages. The carpets are very old, worn down and dirty. Staff was good

The hotel is dated and needs mordenisation staff are loyal and well attentive The manager is a wonderful person and explains the tourist requirements by hotels but the receptionist the morning I arrived was very uptight about rules of government but would not adhere to a tired 70yrs old man Indian government needs in-depth info on OCI card holders thus making their life difficult when staying in a hotel I will never stay here due to the hotel being on a junction of a very busy road and the traffic noise with constant horns blowing Think twice before choosing as I think it’s a 2/3star hotel Rest is good

Hospitality, rooms, service are very good. Location is exceptional!!! Restaurants are very good as well. Only problem i found is about the washrooms doors… glass strips by which other can see inside the closed doors. Rest was ok

The room and the service was good but no cross ventilation. Room gallery was very bad not cleaned and pigeons were there they must clean and they must use net to prevent entry of pigeon spoiling the gallory of room which is very important for fresh air and ventilation
