「My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time. The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining. Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection.」

「Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...

「Very difficult to find the place. It is not a hotel, the address is incorrect, and unless you call the owner there is no signage or anything to indicate where to go. Every time I called the hotel I got a different person with different information and instructions. Very poor communications and lots of confusion. The apartment, on the other hand, is excellent. Very well equipped and furnished.」
