「Extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The front desk staff displayed a shockingly poor attitude—they were dismissive, defensive, and unhelpful when handling basic requests regarding amenities like the rooftop jacuzzi. To make matters worse, after mismanaging our spa booking, the staff member refused to take responsibility and instead rudely argued with us and falsely accused us of making a mistake. Unprofessional, hostile customer service ruined what should have been a pleasant...

「All is good, but the wifi is highly unstable and poorly connected」

「They have good service and care about customer. I booked the wrong dates and were not supposed to get the refund via hotel.com. They are so kind to let me change it and refund the original payment for me. The staff are helpful and the location is great. Great value for money. Thanks a lot! Jo」

「The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over.」

「I am visiting Uzbekistan from Japan and staying at this hotel in Samarkand for 4 nights starting October 13, 2026. Apparently, the hotel just opened in May 2026. Everything is brand new and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The art objects decorated throughout the hotel are also very lovely and fascinating. The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The courtyard pool has a wonderful resort feel and is good maintenance —it looks great during the day, but I...

「Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking...

「When I was feeling under the weather and resting in my room, the hostess kindly brought me honey tea, easy-to-digest food, and medicine right to my room. They are truly wonderful people.」

「静かで過ごしやすい、スタッフも親切だった。中庭でゆったりする時間も気持ち良い。ランドリーのサービスもあり助かりました。またサマルカンド行った際は泊まりたい。」
