「Die Wohnung fanden wir schmutzig vor, vor allem das Bett ging für uns überhaupt nicht. Es gibt keinen Ansprechperson vor Ort, um die Mängel beseitigen zu lassen!!! Kommunikation bzw. Reklamation am Anreisetag mit Expedia telefonisch nur auf Englisch möglich!! 1. Alle Reißverschlüsse an den Bettbezügen waren kaputt.1 Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken !!! Das geht nicht!!! 2. Die Töpfe stark verschmutzt, die Gläser, der Herd, die Steckdosen schmutzig. Leere, schmutzige Reinigungsflaschen im Badeschrank...

「Once in a while you are not disappointed, it was a really cozy apartment hotel with a small kitchen in the room. Will definitely be a preferred stop in the future, only minus, a bit cramped in the parking space shared with a bank?」

「We had the romantic studio which was very cozy situated just below the top floor with a nice wooden frame ambiance. Though located in the City Centre it was quiet and just a few steps to the Stadtsee. Absolutely recommended.」
