「nice stay staff helpful」

「Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many...
